[Prepar3D v4] P3dv4.5 grass and palm trees gone

Hello, just purchased MKJS today and for some reason the airport grass is gone and its concrete as well as there are no palm trees just trees by I believe Orbx.
I use Orbx global base, buildings HD and Orbx NA.
MKJS is above all ORBX products.

Any ideas??

Hello, is it possible to temporarily disable ORBX without uninstalling, and if so, does it fix the scenery? Even if MKJS is above in the scenery library, ORBX can still cause elevation and terrain issues. However, we can maybe adjust a file for you if disabling ORBX alone allows the scenery to display normally.

It is not possible to disable orbx.
Also the default tower shows in the scenery as well.

Please send a fix
