Title: Gates inop or Won't Attached to Aircraft

Recently purchase the program for Newark International Airport and running into a deficiency; Gates do not function or attaches to aircrafts. Could you please assist or provide remedies?

Hello Fernando,

The jet bridges/jetways at KEWR are static and do not move to the aircraft, as mentioned on the product page. However, they are placed a slight distance away from your aircraft door.
